User accounts for the application are created and managed by an administrator through admin web portal. End-users do not create their accounts through the app.

• Purpose of Account Information:

This information is used to authenticate users, manage their access to the app’s features, and maintain account security.

All user account data is securely stored in private database server on AWS.

If you wish to deactivate or delete your account, you must contact your admin. Upon confirmation, your data will be securely removed from our systems in accordance with our data retention policy.
